Shipping Method
We are makers, so we need 5-7 days to make and ship orders. We can modify orders according to the customer’s choice. The knife will be shipped after receiving full payment. Offend uses DHL and FedEx for quick, secure, and traceable delivery. We don’t sell knives to kids younger than 18 years old.
Conditions for Shipping
Customers wanting to buy from us must admit to specific terms. If you don't agree with one or more of the following terms, we will be unable to deliver to you.

If goods get lost, stolen, or seized by customs, we are not responsible and cannot give a refund.

Return Policy for Orders
Returns are ACCEPTED, as long as they are initiated within 15 days of getting your order. You must make a return request, and receive final APPROVAL before shipping your return or If you return before approval, your return will not be accepted. A return request can be made to your account. Please allow up to 3 business days for approval.
You will be given a pre-paid shipping label to take the item back to us. The item must be brand new and unused, including the original manufacturer's packaging and paperwork. Once we get the item, we will refund and minus the return shipping label's cost. Returning an item with damaged or missing packaging may incur extra fees. If the item is found to be faulty, the return will ignore shipping costs. Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment we received. We do not refund the cost of shipping for the initial order.
PLEASE NOTE that we don't falsify customs papers. We will list specific items and specific values, following national and federal laws. If you think that your products will be seized at customs when appropriately labeled, we recommend considering this carefully.
